CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASD READ BEFORE BOOKING! DEPOSIT POLICY: - A Non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for any service. - Deposit may ONLY Be Transferred ONCE. RESCHEDULING POLICY : - All Appointments Must be Rescheduled 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid losing Deposit. - IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE USE BOOKING SITE. LATE POLICY: - Please reach out to me if you are going to be late. - If you are running late, I do offer a 10 minute grace period, if you are later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. - Appointment MAY BE able to be taken after grace period ONLY IF I have no other client or a gap in between clients! - LATE FEE IF TAKEN after 10 minutes: $10 NO SHOW POLICY: - No call No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be banned from booking. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - After Hours Fee: $10 (after hours available Mon-Fri between 7:00pm - 9:00pm) - No extra guests are allowed. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding children coming along. - All Services/ Products Purchased Are Non Refundable, No Exceptions Will Be Made. - A card on file is required to book. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED - Card on file, Tap to Pay, and Cash (amount must be exact, I do not carry change).
